ENTEK Solutions has been a valued twenty-three-year partner in our efforts to provide a comfortable and efficient workplace for our tenants. Over those many years ENTEK has provided our facilities with solid maintenance practices resulting in consistently reliable HVAC systems. ENTEK has also performed multiple capital projects including BAS upgrades, boiler repairs, RTU replacements, and the installation of a plate and frame heat exchanger. All the projects were completed on time, on budget, and with no drama.   The ENTEK service technicians have been outstanding. They are consistently courteous and qualified. And they listen. The Collaborative Real Estate team has brought ideas to gain operational efficiency to the ENTEK technicians and they were able to turn those ideas into a functional reality.      The ENTEK administration has also been outstanding. They are quick to respond to emails and to return phone calls. They have an uncanny ability to respond to RFPs quickly and accurately and they do not send unexpected invoices six months after a job has been completed.   Collaborative Real Estate has a real and meaningful relationship with our account representatives which, I believe, is a rarity in 2023.  My overall satisfaction with ENTEK is a solid 10 out of 10.
